Still have Christmas leftovers & wondering what to do with them all? Today I created a 4 ingredient recipe strictly from basic Christmas dinner leftovers that turned out beyond delicious! They make for a perfect appetizer & take only about 20 minutes to make. Bring ’em to your NYE party or just eat them on your own. All you need is some ham (can be replaced with turkey or another meat), cheese, biscuits, & butter. If you’d prefer, you can always make them without meat as well. I chose to use Velveeta cheese because it melts like butter. The stuff is known to melt into ooey-gooey cheese & well, it tastes super delicious. Simply pop open the biscuits, stuff them with about 1-2 tbsp of cheese (as much as you can fit), a few small bits of ham, & then roll them into a ball. Set them in the buttered pan & drizzle remaining butter over the biscuits to achieve a perfectly browned top. Bake for 20ish minutes, broil for a quick second, & voila! dinner is served!
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Pillsbury grand butter biscuits
- ham, to taste
- 1.5 tbsp butter
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Line baking tray with 1 tbsp melted butter. Pop open biscuits & fill with as much cheese as you can stuff into the piece.
- Add ham to the cheese & close biscuit. Place side by side in dish. Drizzle remaining butter over biscuits. Bake 20 minutes, uncovered. Turn oven on broil & bake another 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately & enjoy!

Although I am vegetarian these looks DELICIOUS! I am sure I could make them without the ham and they still would be good.
