Berry Overnight Oat Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • heaping ¾ cup oats
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 oz strawberries
  • 2 oz blueberries
  • optional: 1 tbsp tigernuts, sliced
Instructions
  1. In small saucepan boil almond milk. Once it comes to a boil, remove from heat & cover for 10 minutes.
  2. Add water & stir.
  3. Add liquid mixture to food processor along with the berries. Blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients to bowl & mix until everything is combined. Cover & place in fridge overnight. Serve & enjoy!
