Get To Know Shanna:
As a recent college graduate, I am confident to say most people are lucky if they manage to graduate with a job secured. Shanna Lakin of Celebritized in Chicago however was fortunate enough to create her current job during her senior year of college. Four years later, Shanna is now moving to full-time with her blog that she started as an assignment for a communications class senior year at Indiana University. From fashion to food to relationship advice and a whole lot of Kristin Cavallari mixed into all those categories, Celebritized in Chicago is your one stop shop ultimate blog.
Where: Deerfield, IL –> Chicago, IL
Favorite Food: Hibachi, definitely.
Favorite Restaurant: AthenianRoom in Chicago.
Chef or Takeout: Well, I like baking a lot but I LOVE going to tons of new restaurants so I typically end up only cooking about once a week.
If you could have dinner with one person who would it be and where would you go: People are going to laugh but everyone who reads my blog knows I’m obsessed with Kristin Cavallari. It’s hard to choose where I would go…I don’t know, maybe Sunda?
Personal style icon:Kristin Cavallari or Rachel Zoe. Kristin dresses so simple and basic and is so naturally pretty so I’ve always sort of been obsessed with her. I guess both of them are designers now and they both know how to dress basic but still make a stylish statement with their outfits.
Favorite Store: Shopbop…that’s definitely where I get all my clothes.
