Remember that time a one year old took over our site & shared an insanely good recipe with us? Obviously, how could you forget. Well she’s back & better than ever. This time Zelda, of Glitter & Bubbles, is sharing her secret recipe for healthy & super simple pancakes that everyone is sure to love.
- 2 bananas
- 1 egg
- In mixing bowl, combine ingredients. Place desired size batter into skillet over medium heat.
- Once bubbles begin to form on top of batter, flip pancake & cook 2-3 more minutes. Serve with fruit or desired toppings & enjoy!
