Owen + Alchemy is unlike any juice bar, or restaurant for that matter, we’ve ever been to. Upon entering you’re immediately transported somewhere else. Fitting as the juices & food are completely out of this world. The dark, rich hues of the space highlight the naturally bright ingredients within the juices & food. With our affinity for anything sweet, we were immediately drawn to the Ba Bowl which consists of: banana, cashew butter, coconut milk, cacao nibs, honey, & raw granola probiotic chocolate almond topping. Let’s just say this is one bowl we could have for every meal, every day. It’s beyond filling yet leaves you feeling refreshed & ready to tackle your day. Plus it definitely hits the spot when it comes to our sweet tooth.
On the savory side we are beyond obsessed with the Kimchi Salad which has sweet potato noodles, homemade kimchi, fried almond, grape, cilantro, & a lime wedge in it. The mix of unique ingredients immediately intrigued us yet once we ate it we couldn’t think of a better combination.
When it comes to juices there are a plethora of options ranging from your standard green juice to homemade Kombucha, Owen + Alchemy truly has it all. Their current root drink, the S1, consists of beet, apple, cucumber, carrot, ginger, & lime & is the perfect fall drink. The ginger adds a nice kick to it while the beets add a bit of sweetness. Our other favorite was the 61 (raspberry, green tea, mint, lemon, ginger, & raw local honey) which we couldn’t guzzle down fast enough. You really can’t go wrong with any of the juices (or food for that matter) at Owen + Alchemy as they really know their stuff. Luckily, with their huge menu you can always try out new options or stick to whatcha know!
