The best part about this recipe is you can truly use whatever you have in your home. Ok so maybe you’ll need that baguette (what, you don’t have one lying around?) but as for the jam, cheese, & meat you can easily swap out with other pantry items. So long as you have your bread, some type of spreadable cheese, a jam or jelly of any kind, & a meat that works well flavor wise with all of the above, you’re golden.

Serves: 28-25 pieces
Ingredients
  • 1 baguette
  • 1 jar fig jam
  • 3 oz. prosciutto
  • 4 oz. goat cheese
  • EVOO
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Slice baguette into ¼-1/2 inch thick slices. Drizzle EVOO over each slice lightly, front & back. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown/crispy (be careful testing!).
  2. Immediately top crostini with goat cheese, fig jam, & prosciutto. Serve & enjoy!
