Leave it to me to turn a healthy breakfast option into what could basically constitute as a dessert. Hear me out though! This Cookie Monster smoothie bowl recipe is surprisingly pretty good for you. It’s packed with antioxidants, probiotics, & nutrients to support healthy joints. PLUS if you top it with my vegan chocolate chip cookies (which I highly recommend) it’s entirely vegan! While it’s true this is totally something Cookie Monster himself would enjoy, don’t let the name deceive you when it comes to the nutrition in this recipe.

Ingredients
  • for smoothie:
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup vanilla almond yogurt
  • ½ cup plain coconut yogurt
  • ½-1 individual packet of e3live Blue Majik (the more you add, the darker it will be)
  • for toppings:
  • chocolate chip cookies
Instructions
  1. In blender combine all smoothie ingredients. Pour into bowl & top with cookies. Serve & enjoy!
