This matcha smoothie recipe is one of our favorites ever. It checks all the boxes of what we’re constantly looking for in a recipe: easy to make (no seriously it takes about 1 minute in total to make…), delicious, healthy & nutritious. It’s the type of recipe that keeps you full for hours on end making it the perfect breakfast or in-between-meal drink. For the matcha powder, we used this one as it adds lots of protein which helps with keeping you full longer. It’s totally vegan & tastes beyond delicious. For the other ingredients it’s simply a dairy-free milk of your preference (we love this one), frozen cauliflower (don’t be scared by this – it just adds tons of thickness & no flavor), honey for some sweetness, & a banana. You’re going to LOVE this smoothie.
- 2 large pieces of cauliflower, frozen
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp matcha powder (our favorite is Naked Nutrition Matcha Pea Protein Powder)
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp honey
- In blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Serve & enjoy!
