Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut oil (not melted)
- ½ cup honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup cocao powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup coconut cream
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl & stir to combine.
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 9x9 dish with parchment paper & pour in batter. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool. Serve & enjoy!
