What is your favorite recipe?
“Picking my favorite recipe is like picking my favorite child. Since I have 3 kids, let’s go with the top 3 recipes I make! Salmon with Summer Fruit Salad is an all time favorite. I’ve been shopping at the Hollywood farmers market for years & years, so this recipe screams fresh & easy. You basically need zero skill to make it & you always look like a gourmet chef to anyone you’re serving it to. I’ve been drinking the PMS Smoothie a lot lately. It’s delicious to drink and includes plenty of healing foods no matter the time of month. Last, but 100% not least would be Skillet Double Chocolate Chip Cookie. Everything in life for me is about balance and chocolate & cookies are high up on my list.”

5 pantry, 5 fridge & 5 freezer essentials?
FREEZER: Frozen fruit, bee pollen, dates (they taste like candy when frozen), Jeni’s ice cream & One Potato Cookie Dough (I always keep a role in my freezer).
FRIDGE: Milk (we generally have 3-4 types at even given time), fresh berries, Siggi’s greek yogurt, Truffle hot sauce & Dave’s Korean Miso dressing.
PANTRY: Hearts of palm, pickle popcorn, pasta, jarred tomatoes I get from Roots Organic at the farmers market & old fashioned oats.

What does a normal food day look like for you? Favorite cheat treat?
“Every day is so different. In quarantine I’m up at 6:30am to work before my kids get up, I then make smoothies for breakfast for my family, work, play with my daughter, shoot a ton of video content & IG Lives, support my old kids if they need [help] with school, test recipes & spend a lot of time on calls & on Zooms for One Potato, cook dinner, back to work at night & do it all over again. It’s a major juggle.”

What are a few of your favorite cookbooks?
Flavor, Plenty, Mad Hungry & Good to the Grain.”

What are 3-5 kitchen essentials?
OXO hand mandolinHummingbird Glass StrawsKitchen Aid Proline Series BlenderWean Green Glass Containers, & Philips XXL Air Fryer.”

3-5 small businesses you’re loving right now?

If you could spend the day in the kitchen with one person, who would it be & what would you make?
