  • 3 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp hoisin
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1½ tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 lb chicken, chopped
  • ¼ cup scallions
  • ½ cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • peanuts, to taste
  1. In large mixing bowl combine sweet chili sauce, hoisin, soy sauce, sriracha, vegetable oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic & ginger. Stir to combine.
  2. In large skillet heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add in chicken, scallions, mushrooms, water chestnuts, & red bell pepper. Cook through & then add in the sauce. Stir to combine, remove from heat, top with peanuts, serve, & enjoy!
