Cut anaheim chile into fourths & remove the seeds. Dice as small as possible. Dice red onion as tiny as possible & combine onion & chile in medium mixing bowl.
Dice grapes & add to mixing bowl. Add vinegar, ½ cup cilantro, a pinch fo salt & pepper. Toss to combine.
Slice the baguette into ¼ inch slices & arrange on baking tray. Bake on the upper rack for 4 minutes, remove tray from oven, flip slices over, & bake another 4 minutes. Let cool.
In small mixing bowl, combine goat cheese & milk. Stir to combine. Spread mixture onto baguette slices & place a heaping spoonful of the grape salsa on top. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve & enjoy!
