Nurse Jamie's Beautifying Granola Bars

Ingredients
  • 2 cups gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • ⅓-1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil (allow to cool a few minutes after melting)
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Nurse Jamie Adaptogen Pack- Beautify
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x13in pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almond flour, cinnamon, salt, ground flax seed, chocolate chips, cranberries, sunflower seeds, & adaptogens. Make a hole in the center of the dry ingredients & pour cooled coconut oil, honey, & vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is evenly coated.
  3. Transfer mixture to prepared pan & using another piece of parchment paper, press mixture firmly down into pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until sides and top start to turn golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Once cool, use a sharp knife to cut into bars & enjoy!
