Better-For-You Flourless Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients
  • ½ cup coconut oil (not melted)
  • ½ cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup cocao powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl & stir to combine.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 9x9 dish with parchment paper & pour in batter. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool. Serve & enjoy!
