- 1¼ cup raw organic cashews, soaked for 4 hours in water, strained & rinsed
- 1 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup cashew milk
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 3 tbsp of probiotic plain plant-based yogurt
- In food processor or high speed blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Serve & enjoy!
