Asian Cucumber Salad Recipe

- 3 radishes, washed & chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 piece of celery, chopped
- 2 tbsp. chopped scallion
- 1 tsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp honey
- pinch of garlic powder
- toast (I prefer ezekiel bread)
- vegan chive cream cheese
- Wash & chop all veggies. Toss them with coconut aminos, honey & garlic powder. Serve on it's own or with toast covered in vegan cream cheese.
