Gluten-Free Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe

Serves: 12 muffins
- 3 overripe bananas, smashed
- 1 cup nut butter
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup applesauce
- 1½ tbsp vanilla extract
- pinch of cinnamon
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix until combined.
- Pour into muffin tin that either has liners or baking spray in them until about ¾ of the way full.
- Bake 15-17 minutes, serve, and enjoy!
