In food processor, combine marshmallows, butter, & graham crackers. Pulse until a dough like substance forms.
Place dough onto baking tray lined with parchment paper & roll into bite sized balls. Place tray in fridge for 10 minutes.
Melt chocolate in 30 second intervals until smooth. Drop one ball at a time into the chocolate & move around with fork until fully coated with chocolate. Wipe away excess chocolate by scraping bottom of fork on the side of the bowl. Place back on paper, refrigerate again until chocolate hardens, serve, & enjoy!
