Healthy Apple Nachos Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
  • ½ tsp coconut oil
  • carob chips
Instructions
  1. Slice apple into thin pieces & place onto plate in circular layers. Drizzle almond butter over the apples.
  2. In small microwavable mixing bowl, melt the coconut oil in 10 second intervals until melted. Stir in the cocoa powder & drizzle mixture over apples. Top with carob chips, serve, & enjoy!
