1 Step Healthy Double Chocolate Banana Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup egg whites
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup no sugar added applesauce
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ cup carob chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl mixing bowl & stir together with a whisk. Spray muffin tray with baking spray & scoop in batter using an ice cream scoop. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Serve & enjoy!
