Vegan Protein-Packed Vanilla Cookie Dough Bites Recipe

- for the dough:
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 6-7 pitted dates
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract juice
- 2 tsp almond milk
- ½ cup Bob’s Red Mill vanilla protein powder
- optional:
- carob chips
- In blender combine all dough ingredients. Blend until dough forms. Roll dough into bite sized balls. Place in fridge until ready to eat. Enjoy!
