Preheat oven to 350F. Spray pie dish with baking spray. Place crust ingredients in food processor until ball begins to form. Press mixture into pie dish. Bake for 8 minutes.
Combine yogurt & blueberries in the food processor until smooth. Add in the milk, egg yolks, & lemon juice. Pulse for 30 seconds. Pour mixture onto pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool to room temperature & then refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve & enjoy!
