1 Step Pop-Tart Ice Cream Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 pop-tarts
  • 1 pint ice cream

Instructions

  • Line casserole dish with parchment paper so that there is excess over the sides. Place 3 pop-tarts top down, side by side in the dish. Scoop ice cream onto pop-tarts & top with three right on top so that they are directly in line with the bottom ones (top side up). Using the excess parchment paper on the sides gently press down on tops so the ice cream flattens & then smooth out the sides with a butter knife. Place in freezer for 4-6 hours. Gently separate sandwiches from one another. Serve & enjoy!
