- 3 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
- 3 tbsp hoisin
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1½ tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 lb chicken, chopped
- ¼ cup scallions
- ½ cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- peanuts, to taste
In large mixing bowl combine sweet chili sauce, hoisin, soy sauce, sriracha, vegetable oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic & ginger. Stir to combine.
In large skillet heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add in chicken, scallions, mushrooms, water chestnuts, & red bell pepper. Cook through & then add in the sauce. Stir to combine, remove from heat, top with peanuts, serve, & enjoy!
