Wash & dry apples. Slice them wide length (so you're slicing into the core instead of with it) into ¼ inch size slices. Remove the core with small cookie cutter or the larger mouth of a frosting tip. Place apple slices on parchment paper roughly ½ inch from one another.
In small mixing bowl, melt desired amount of chocolate in microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted. Drizzle over the apple slices.
In separate small mixing bowl, melt desired amount of caramel in microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted. Drizzle over the apple slices.
Crush pecans & sprinkle over apple slices, serve, & enjoy!
