Circus Cookie Brownies Recipe

Ingredients

  • for the brownies:
  • 1 stick + 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • heaping ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup ap flour
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • for toppings:
  • more chocolate chips
  • circus cookies
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. In large mixing bowl, combine all brownie ingredients. Stir & pour into parchment lined baking pan. Top with desired toppings & bake for 35 minutes. Serve & enjoy!
