Healthy Chocolate Protein Muffin Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • ⅔ cup chocolate protein
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp full fat coconut cream
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • sea salt, for topping

Instructions

  • In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the salt. Stir to combine.
  • Spray muffin pan with baking spray & scoop even amount of batter into each muffin cup until ¾ of the way full.
  • Bake at 350F for 12 minutes, remove from oven & immediately top each with a pinch of sea salt. Serve & enjoy!
