Healthy Chocolate Protein Muffin Recipe

- 3 eggs
- ⅔ cup chocolate protein
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp full fat coconut cream
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- sea salt, for topping
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the salt. Stir to combine.
Spray muffin pan with baking spray & scoop even amount of batter into each muffin cup until ¾ of the way full.
Bake at 350F for 12 minutes, remove from oven & immediately top each with a pinch of sea salt. Serve & enjoy!
