Honey Mustard Brussels Sprouts Recipe

- 1 lb brussels sprouts, stems removed (don't slice in half until AFTER you cook them)
- 1½ tbsp EVOO
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
Preheat oven to 400F. In large mixing bowl toss together the brussel sprouts, EVOO, mustards, honey, garlic, paprika & pepper.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper & pour brussel sprout mixture over paper. Bake for 35-45 minutes, tossing once halfway through. Slice in half (or leave whole), sprinkle with salt, serve & enjoy!
