Ingredients

  • for pavlova:
  • 3 egg whites
  • ⅓ cup super fine sugar
  • 1 tsp distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • for toppings:
  • blueberries
  • graham crackers
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 465F. Line baking sheet with tin foil.
  • In medium mixing bowl, beat egg whites on high until stiff peaks form. Slowly add in the sugar & continue beating until mixture is extremely stiff.
  • Slowly add in the vinegar & then the water. Continue beating on high until mixture is no longer glossy & peaks are very stiff.
  • Place mixture onto center of baking sheet. Using the back of a spoon, shape pavlova to desired form as it will not change much in the oven.
  • Turn off oven & place baking sheet in oven. Let sit for 1 hour or until the pavlova is no longer sticky & is somewhat hard. Top with desired toppings, serve, & enjoy!
