- for pavlova:
- 3 egg whites
- ⅓ cup super fine sugar
- 1 tsp distilled white vinegar
- 1 tbsp hot water
- for toppings:
- blueberries
- graham crackers
- whipped cream
Preheat oven to 465F. Line baking sheet with tin foil.
In medium mixing bowl, beat egg whites on high until stiff peaks form. Slowly add in the sugar & continue beating until mixture is extremely stiff.
Slowly add in the vinegar & then the water. Continue beating on high until mixture is no longer glossy & peaks are very stiff.
Place mixture onto center of baking sheet. Using the back of a spoon, shape pavlova to desired form as it will not change much in the oven.
Turn off oven & place baking sheet in oven. Let sit for 1 hour or until the pavlova is no longer sticky & is somewhat hard. Top with desired toppings, serve, & enjoy!
