- 1 package Lotus Foods Pad Thai noodles
- 1½ tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 3 tsp coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp raw tahini
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp water
Cook noodles according to package instructions. While cooking, combine all sauce ingredients in bowl & stir until blended.
Drain noodles when done & top with sauce. Serve & enjoy!
