Ingredients

  • 1 package Lotus Foods Pad Thai noodles
  • 1½ tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 3 tsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp raw tahini
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. While cooking, combine all sauce ingredients in bowl & stir until blended.
  • Drain noodles when done & top with sauce. Serve & enjoy!
