As most of you know from us teasing it on IG stories, we recently interviewed Lauryn of The Skinny Confidential who shared her secret recipe that’s coming to the site soon! During our interview, Lauryn explained the benefits of raw tahini & ever since, we’ve been trying to include it in more recipes we create. It’s what led us to create this better-for-you tahini pad Thai recipe that has been on repeat since we developed it. It takes only 5 minutes to make, thanks to the most delicious & authentic noodles from Lotus Foods, & the ingredients, including those noodles, are all better-for-you alternatives. We used coconut sugar instead of brown sugar, coconut aminos instead of soy sauce, raw tahini as a great source of healthy fats (aka it will keep you full longer), & Lotus Foods organic traditional pad thai rice noodles that are gluten-free & 100% whole grain. 5 Minute Tahini Pad Thai Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package Lotus Foods Pad Thai noodles
  • 1½ tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 3 tsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp raw tahini
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp water
Instructions
  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. While cooking, combine all sauce ingredients in bowl & stir until blended.
  2. Drain noodles when done & top with sauce. Serve & enjoy!
