Apple Pie Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

- for the pudding:
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 cup unsweetened original almond milk
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- for the toppings:
- sprinkle of dried apple bits
- vanilla bean ice cream
In large mixing bowl, combine all pudding ingredients. Stir & let sit overnight for at least 12 hours. Stir again, serve, & enjoy!
