Ingredients

  • for the pudding:
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 cup unsweetened original almond milk
  • 4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • for the toppings:
  • sprinkle of dried apple bits
  • vanilla bean ice cream

Instructions

  • In large mixing bowl, combine all pudding ingredients. Stir & let sit overnight for at least 12 hours. Stir again, serve, & enjoy!
