Berry Overnight Oat Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

- ½ cup water
- ½ cup almond milk
- heaping ¾ cup oats
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 6 oz strawberries
- 2 oz blueberries
- optional: 1 tbsp tigernuts, sliced
In small saucepan boil almond milk. Once it comes to a boil, remove from heat & cover for 10 minutes.
Add water & stir.
Add liquid mixture to food processor along with the berries. Blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients to bowl & mix until everything is combined. Cover & place in fridge overnight. Serve & enjoy!
