Chili Garlic Smashed Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bag brussels sprouts
  • ΒΌ cup sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic oil
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Stir everything together and then pour mixture over parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and using a potato smasher, smash the sprouts until flat. Bake another 10-15 minutes, serve and enjoy!
