Cinnamon Roll Popcorn with SkinnyPop

- 1 bag 4.4 oz SkinnyPop original popcorn (about 16 cups)
- 1¼ cup brown sugar
- 1½ tbsp cinnamon
- 1½ stick butter
- heaping ¼ cup corn syrup
- ¾ white chocolate chips
In large mixing bowl place popcorn.
In microwavable bowl, mix together the butter, corn syrup, sugar, & cinnamon. Place in microwave for 1 minute & stir. Repeat 4 additional times. Immediately pour mixture over popcorn & stir to evenly coat.
Let sit for 5 minutes then place popcorn mixture into large casserole dish.
Place in oven at 250 F for 40 minutes.
Let popcorn cool completely until caramel is hard.
In small mixing bowl, melt white chocolate for 20 second intervals stirring in between until smooth. Drizzle over popcorn. Let cool completely until solid.
