Ingredients

  • for smoothie bowl:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup rolled oats (can sub for ¼ avocado)
  • ¼-1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp collagen
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • for toppings:
  • coconut shavings
  • frozen blackberries

Instructions

  • Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth. Pour into bowl & top with desired toppings. Serve & enjoy!
