I was so glad she asked because truth be told, I was consuming it nearly every day & wasn’t even sure what it was doing to my body other than hearing that it was good for “hair, nails, & skin”. I put it in my smoothies, tea, or in this case smoothie bowl & you don’t even taste it! It comes in various flavors & some are even in the form of a protein powder. Below find one of my favorite healthy smoothie bowl recipes that’s infused with collagen along with some of my favorite collagen products!
Collagen Infused Smoothie Bowl Recipe5
Ingredients
- for smoothie bowl:
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ cup rolled oats (can sub for ¼ avocado)
- ¼-1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp collagen
- ½ cup almond milk
- for toppings:
- coconut shavings
- frozen blackberries
Instructions
- Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth. Pour into bowl & top with desired toppings. Serve & enjoy!
