Everything Bagel Grilled Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2-3 slices of sharp cheddar
  • 2-4 slices gouda
  • 1 everything bagel

Instructions

  • In large skillet heat 1.5 tbsp butter over medium heat. On plate arrange slices of cheese in between bagel & close bagel.
  • Once the butter is bubbling, place the bagel onto the skillet. Press down on the bagel for 3-4 minutes using a spatula & then flip. Repeat pressing down on bagel for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted & both sides of bagel are golden brown. Serve & enjoy!
