Fig, Goat Cheese, & Prosciutto Crostini Recipe

- 1 baguette
- 1 jar fig jam
- 3 oz. prosciutto
- 4 oz. goat cheese
- EVOO
Preheat oven to 350F. Slice baguette into ΒΌ-1/2 inch thick slices. Drizzle EVOO over each slice lightly, front & back. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown/crispy (be careful testing!).
Immediately top crostini with goat cheese, fig jam, & prosciutto. Serve & enjoy!
