Four Ingredient Healthy Banana Bread Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • OPTIONAL:
  • chocolate chips
  • almond slivers
  • coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In large mixing bowl mash bananas with the back of a fork. Add in all other ingredients, stir to combine & then ship into cookies.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake cookies for 10-14 minutes. Serve & enjoy (best served straight out of the oven)!
