Four Ingredient Healthy Banana Bread Cookies

- 2 ripe bananas
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- OPTIONAL:
- chocolate chips
- almond slivers
- coconut flakes
Preheat oven to 350F.
In large mixing bowl mash bananas with the back of a fork. Add in all other ingredients, stir to combine & then ship into cookies.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake cookies for 10-14 minutes. Serve & enjoy (best served straight out of the oven)!
