Healthy Apple Nachos Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
  • ½ tsp coconut oil
  • carob chips

Instructions

  • Slice apple into thin pieces & place onto plate in circular layers. Drizzle almond butter over the apples.
  • In small microwavable mixing bowl, melt the coconut oil in 10 second intervals until melted. Stir in the cocoa powder & drizzle mixture over apples. Top with carob chips, serve, & enjoy!
