Healthy Oatmeal Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup GF oats
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup flax milk (or other non-dairy milk alternative)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 2 tbsp granola butter (or nut butter of your choosing)
  • ¼ cup non-dairy blueberry yogurt
  • 2 pieces of Hu chocolate
  • ¼ banana, sliced
  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • 4-8 raspberries
  • handful of blueberries

Instructions

  • In saucepan combine oats, water, flax milk & chia seeds. Stir & put heat to medium. Cook until liquid has absorbed, stirring every minute or so.
  • Place oatmeal in bowl & top with desired toppings. Serve & enjoy!
