Kat Tanita's Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread

- 2 cups oat floar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinammon
- ½ tsp ginger
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 can organic pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup honey
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ½ to 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 9x5 loaf pan with baking spray.
In a small bowl mix dry ingredients. In a larger mixing bowl, mix wet ingredients.
Add in ⅓ portion of the dry mixture into the larger bowl & stir. Repeat until all dry ingredients have been added & then add chocolate chips.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick is inserted & comes out clean. Let cool for 15 minutes, serve, & enjoy!
