Ingredients

  • for the cake:
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanila extract
  • 6 large egg whites
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • heaping 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup fruit jelly
