Ingredients

  • roughly 1 cup Banana Ketchup
  • roughly 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ys Organic Orange Honey
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Hoisin Sauce
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts or 1 slab of ribs

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients sans meat in large mixing bowl. Place meat in casserole dish.
  • Pour sauce over meat so that all sides are covered. Place in refrigerator for 12 hours to marinate.
  • Preheat oven to 325F to broil. Place casserole dish in oven for 5 minutes. Check meat & flip it. Repeat another 5 minutes. Continue until cooked to desired consistency. Serve & enjoy!
