- roughly 1 cup Banana Ketchup
- roughly 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp Ys Organic Orange Honey
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Hoisin Sauce
- garlic salt, to taste
- crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
- 4 boneless chicken breasts or 1 slab of ribs
Mix all ingredients sans meat in large mixing bowl. Place meat in casserole dish.
Pour sauce over meat so that all sides are covered. Place in refrigerator for 12 hours to marinate.
Preheat oven to 325F to broil. Place casserole dish in oven for 5 minutes. Check meat & flip it. Repeat another 5 minutes. Continue until cooked to desired consistency. Serve & enjoy!
