Spicy Cashew Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut milk, shaken
  • ⅓ cup cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp red Thai curry paste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp honey (can use maple syrup or any other sweetener to keep it vegan!)
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 package pad thai noodles

Instructions

  • Combine all sauce ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Pour sauce over noodles. Serve and enjoy!
