Vegan & Gluten-Free Healthy Coconut Chickpea Wraps

- 1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- ½ tsp garlic, minced
- 2 tsp scallion, chopped
- ½ tsp hemp seeds
- 6-8 almonds
- 3 tsp NUCO coconut vegan mayo
- 1 full-size piece of celery
- 1 package NUCO coconut wrap
Add all ingredients (sans celery & wrap) to a food processor. Puree until mixed but not smooth. Add celery & mix in until combined.
Add desired amount of mixture into your wrap, roll up, serve, & enjoy!
