Pretzel Crisps Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch Pancakes

Ingredients
- for the pancakes:
- 1½ cups all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1½ cups milk
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Pretzel Crisps Dark Chocolate Crunch, crushed
- for topping:
- Pretzel Crisps Peanut Butter Crunch
- peanut butter & jelly ice cream
- peanut butter
- jelly
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl, combine all pancake ingredients except for the Pretzel Crisps. Stir until smooth.
- Place skillet on stove over low-medium heat.
- Pour 2 tbsp of batter onto skillet & smooth out with bottom of spoon, creating a circle in an even layer. Add Pretzel Crisps Dark Chocolate Crunch.
- Cook for roughly 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom & firm around sides.
- Flip with spatula & cook for an additional 1 minutes or until golden.
- Top with ice cream, Pretzel Crisps, & additional peanut butter and jelly. Enjoy!
