No this isn’t your typical banana bread recipe. In fact it technically isn’t even for “bread”. Oh and it’s actually good for you as opposed to your standard banana bread recipe. Yet it tastes just like your favorite banana bread. Sold yet? Thought so!
Sure they aren’t the prettiest cookie out there but hey! didn’t your mama always teach you not to judge a book by its cover. This recipe combines only four ingredients all of which are healthy for you. Mash together the ingredients & bake them & there you have it: a banana bread cookie in under 20 minutes!

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 20-28 raw almonds, crushed
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In mixing bowl combine oats, almonds, & flour.
- Mash in the bananas & combine all ingredients with your hands.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake cookies for 10-14 minutes. Enjoy while hot!
