I spent this past week in possibly the cutest town of all time, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. If you’re in the midwest & looking for an escape, this town is exactly where you need to be. Located an hour and a half outside Chicago, Lake Geneva has some of the best restaurants, views, & hotels you could ever dream of.
I stayed at the Maxwell Mansion which is located one block from town & one block from the beach–win, win! This historic bed & breakfast was beyond charming as you can tell from the pictures shown here.
When it comes to restaurants in Lake Geneva, the two must try spots are Medusa, a Mediterranean restaurant so good we went two nights in a row for dinner, & Simple Bakery, a small bread bakery with the most delicious almond croissants.
